breakfast had many choices and the quality stood out to me. the rooms and the entirety of the hotel were very clean. the staff are helpful. i felt safe in the hotel. they ordered taxis early to the airport.
the room is small, and if you arrive with a lot of luggage, it is very uncomfortable for you. the decoration is old and there wasnt hot water .

I found the staff friendly and always ready to assist with a smile! I could use both pools because of the sister hotel. Breakfast was superb. It was something I always looked forward to . The hotel's proximity to major attractions made it easy to explore the city.
I found that the description was slightly inaccurate, the bar and restaurant were located in a sister hotel just around the corner.

The staff were nice. They spoke English well, which helped a lot. The location IS convenient to reach main attractions and the river. The hotel offered access to a sister hotel's rooftop infinity pool.
My room was quite small. It might be uncomfortable if you have a lot of luggage. The decor looked quite old, sadly. There was also no hot water available .
